After a start and then a stop, I am starting again with the running. I was good for a few weeks but then a trip to the tundra of NYC knocked the running off course. It makes me feel better. It makes my pants fit better. And it gives me a distraction and a way to de-stress. It is easier said than done, but a half marathon goal on May 24th should be all the incentive that I need. Spending the next month building my base and then the following two months actually training for the 13.1 distance, should be ample time.
Onwards and upwards.
