I also picked this up from Mary Lou - a pasta maker.  This looks a little more time intensive so this will be reserved for a rainy weekend when I am craving a lot of carbs!  I am sure I can find a manual/recipes online for this.

Ice Cream Maker 2.0

So, I inherited this from Mary Lou.  I had ordered the stainless steel one online to find out it would be delivered until September.  Too long!  So, as Mary Lou is trying to clean out her house - she gave me her ice cream maker.  I downloaded the manual today and look forward to the recipes.

Short Week

It is Cup Match time in Bermuda again.  Thursday and Friday are national holidays and with that a short work week with an early dismissal tomorrow!  Yippee.  I am looking forward to Lauren and Allison's visit this weekend - should be a good time.

Luxor Obelisks

There are 2 Luxor Obelisks and I've seen each within 8 months of each other.

PARIS 2011 - Operation Archer and Target

Last weekend, I was invited to a very special event.  My friend, David, planned a secret proposal to my lawschool roommate in Paris and invited some family and friends along for the big surprise.  It was a whirlwind trip but I was so happy to be a part of the celebrations.  Everything went off without a hitch and there were a lot of smiles and even a few tears.

It was a great evening and a wonderful trip!  I love Paris - so romantic even when it has nothing to do with me!

Stalker

I have recently been in a weird situation socially and a friend was laughing that it was like I was being stalked.  I said, "yea, stalking in the sense of that paperboy from Better Off Dead."  

That kid was hilarious.
